my lovely morning
Hm. Had the urge to do a bit of blogging. This morning I made delicious scottish porridge, read Oswald chambers. (one of many hero’s)(Brilliant). Had a cup of tea and a few chapters of Acts. 2:43-47 The apostles were doing many miracles and signs, and everyone felt great respect for God. All the believers were together and shared everything. They would sell their land and divide the money and give it to anyone who needed it. The believers met together in the temple everyday. They ate together in their homes, happy to share their food with joyful hearts. They praised God and were liked by all people. Everyday the Lord added those who were being saved to the group of believers. We can’t live the Beautiful Life (nickname for the beatitudes) without community! It simply cannot happen. Now I am stuffing envelopes (my tongue is very dry!) and listening to Sarah Mcmillan’s beautiful voice. had to give the old licker a break.
